automatically adding letter front and back of each sentence

i would like to know how to automatically add <br> at the front and back of
each sentence - for webpage production

If by sentence you mean paragraph, using Edit>Replace with

^p

in the Find what control and

<b>^p<br>

in the Replace with control will do it for all paragraphs in the document
except the first.

If you really mean sentences, then click More in the Edit>Replace dialog and
check the Use wildcards box and in the Find what control insert

(.[ ]{1,})

and in the Replace with control, insert

<br>\1<br>
