automatically adding email addresses from messages

Under tools options email options you can have outlook
automatically add email address you reply to as a
contact. But if you do not reply I do not have an answer
to do it automatically.

the "from" email address of any message that comes in? I
can do it in outlook express, but I can't figure it out in
Outlook.
 
Note: this is not a feature in any of the current versions of Outlook.
