Perhaps I am in the wrong group, but I have to start somewhere. I have a
form from my web-site that passes my outlook 2007 a submission form, complete
with ascii text and the sender's e-mail address and name. I would
automatically like to receive the e-mails from that source e-mail, strip out
unneeded text, and enter the name and e-mail address in a outlook address
book (I may want to use a distribution list - at this point i don't know the
difference). How would be the best way to approach the task.
