I have just set up an IMAP connection on Microsoft Outlook. I know that
e-mails I delete in my client will only be deleted on the server if I
choose the Purge Deleted Messages function on the Edit menu. However,
is there any way to do this automatically (e.g., every time I close
Outlook, once a week, etc.). If not, is it at least possible to move
all e-mails deleted on the client (have a strike-through, but still on
the server) automatically moved to a different folder so I can at least
keep my inbox clean?
If Outlook doesn't allow me to do this, can I get these functions from
Thunderbird?
