Automatic weekly sending of same email message

Is there a way to automatically send the same email message every week to the
same group of individuals (it's a reminder message)?

Is there a way to 'send it' only on the day it's supposed to be emailed?

Hi, Ben. This only works for recurring documents, but not an email message.
How do I just send an email that doesn't have an attachment to it?

it will work for all messages, not just ones with attachments.
