Automatic web site updates with FrontPage?

I would like to have some information updating automatically on my
website. For ex. Lotto 6/49 updating when the new winning numbers are
posted. Could anyone tell me how to do it and if it can be done within
FrontPage?

No, this can not be done directly with FP. You would need to have a service that provide code for
you to insert into your web page that would pull this info from it's source.

What kind of service would that be? Would it be some kind of scripting
language that would have to be included in the web page or is it
something totaly different?

The service would be, say the state's web site that has code available for other web sites to show
the latest lotto numbers.

On my site below, I pull news from http://www.moreover.com where they provided the code that allow
this. You would need to something similar from the lotto web site.
