automatic vacation reply

I am not connected to a Microsoft Exchange server. I have
a free-standing home PC with Microsoft Outlook 2002 as my
email client.

How can I set up an automatic "vacation reply"?
 
Use Rules Wizard, leave Outlook and your computer on and schedule a
send/receive every xx minutes. Also, be prepared to return to spam since
every spammer out there will have a confirmation that they have a Live
address.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
