Automatic System Shutdown

When I log into XP, usually within 1 - 5 minutes I receive
a message from Windows NT Authority that my PC will shut
down in 60 seconds because C://WINDOWS/System32.lsass.exe
stopped responding. I currently do not have any anti-virus
software running on my PC.

Any help would be much appreciated.

To stop shutdown, click Start, click Run and type: shutdown -a
then click OK.
