Automatic Symbol Insertion In Cell

Microconfusion

I am trying to have the "Inch" symbol automatically inserted into a cell when
I type in a number. For example, if I type a 12 in a cell, the Inch (")
symbol will automatically appear in front of that number. Please advise

That is double quote, two single quotes, double quote
