automatic shutdown

Does anyone know how I can configure Windows 2000
Professional Home to shut down automatically without
having to manually shut off the CPU?
 
depends on ur bios...

try enabling advanced power config in control panel (ACPI
I think...but don't quote me!)

Yeah, its usually older hardware which has this issue....Like obi-wan said,
check your bios.
