Automatic Send/receive

I have a user using exchange and a pop3 server. They are
using outlook XP and up until a week ago could had no
problem with automatic send recieve. Now it doesn't
work. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

What is the error they get? Make sure File-> Work Off Line is not selected.

Thank you very much for your reply. They do not get any
error and with exchange in use they do not have the option
to work offline
