Automatic send account selection?

A Google Groups search didn't really turn up a useful answer for me...

Can Outloook 2003 in Internet Mail mode be configured to send "from" a
different account/address dependant on the destination address?
Specifically, for given work-related recipients, I want it to to send
"from" my work email account. Also, I'm subscribed to various mailing
lists from different addresses; it would be nice if I didn't have to
remember to check the send-from address when posting to a given list.

No, you can't do that but replies do go out over the account they came in
via.
