automatic/scheduled restart

hi,

anyone who can tell me how to schedule a program/service
to restart or just how to schedule a system restart on a
Windows 2000 Workstation

Use the task scheduler or AT and schedule shutdown.exe for a reboot or
schedule a net stop/net start for the service.
