automatic refresh of formula that seeks data from an add-in

I have a formula that goes to an add-in to retrieve data. The formula i
supposed to go to the addin every morning at 8am to retrieve data. Bu
if I put the formula in a spreadsheet today, close the spreadsheet an
reopen tomorrow, the formula will not go out and retrieve the data
However,if I copy the very same formula into the spreadsheet tomorrow
it will instantly retrieve the data. Any ideas? Please
 
That isn't a standard Excel formula. I guess you would have to talk to the
author of the ADDIN/formula to see what you have to do to get it to work.

It shouldn't recalculate unless C1 or A65 changes - or it is volatile.
