Does W2K Server support the automatic redirection of
printers that have been configured to use USB ports
instead of LPT ports?

Yes, Windows 2000 redirects LPT, USB, and COM port
printers automatically. HOwever, if your printer isn't
COM, USB, or LPT, then you might want to get this hotfix:

Use this link for the 2003 client. Using it to connect to
my 2k term server and maps drives and printers (USB, LPT,
and network shared) every time. The 2k RDP I was having
trouble with maping network printers and had to use a map
script (even that became flakey). Link:
