Automatic Private Address issue

I recently upgraded my mobo. After the upgrade, the
internet connection will not contact via dhcp. I'm
running XP Pro, and when you check the details for the
connection, it says it is using automatic private
address. I can't ping the router at all. I have a
network. The other three computers work fine. I have
tried to reinstall the Linksys Nic as well as use the
integrated LAN. Any suggestions?
