Automatic naming of ranges

Is it possible to make Excel name your ranges automatic. I have aroun
10 * 30 ranges of the same size that needs to be named, and it is a bi
of a hazzle to do it manually.

A bit short on info.

You could try Create Names using existing row & column labels --
CTRL+Shift+F3.

Or for identical ranges on different sheets, try a global name such as
("Area") =!$A$1:$AD$10
