automatic name checking and completion

How long do names remain available in the "automatic name checking and
completion" list?

This feature was working great and today, there are no suggestions when I
create email messages.
Is there a clean-up or limit to this list, if so, how can I control it or
manage it?

Forever or until you reach 1000, after which its first in, first out. The
only way you would use them all at once is if you corrupted your profile or
created a new one.

You may also want to review the free demo version of Owtlook at
www.dcs-imaging.com/products.htm It will look for and load if possible your
autocomplete file. This can serve as a sort of diagnostic tool for you.
