How in the world do I find the formula that is linked to another workbook?
And yes, I have turn on the "formulas" in the Options menu and look on ever
tab but can not find it. Could it be a maco or VB code?

It could be a named range in Insert>Names>Define that is linked to another
workbook.

Take a look at this link and download Bill Manville's FindLinks addin...

Edit->Links. If the "Links" item is disabled, then there's none.

You can also try Edit->Find. Look for "[" (no double quotes). Select within
workbook, and look in Formulas.
