automatic link to a Microsoft Word from Access

Help... not sure if it can be done, but I'm determined to find out... I have created a database for a business and what I would like to do is when I input a decision on my form, I would like to have the customer's information automaticaly forwarded to a Merge letter in Word... can this be done??? any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
