Automatic Install of Windows Components?

Hello.

I am interested to know if it is possible to script the installation of a
Windows component? For example, if we wanted to install SNMP on all network
workstations with a specific configuration (such as specific community
names), is it possible to do this without manually going through Add/Remove
in Control Panel?
