automatic file writting to cd

How can I disable this annoying feature, everytime i boot up, a icon appears
in my taskbar telling me i have files ready to be writtin to cd, PLEZZZZZ,
what a anoying feature, i have no files to be writtin and when i put a cd in,
the same window appears,you have files ready to be writtin to cd, i want to
access the cd, not write to it, ANNOYING, please help!!!!!!

Double-click the My Computer icon and then double-click the icon to open
your CD drive. On the left you'll see where you can delete the files
waiting to be written. Do so. Close out of the CD drive window. Now
right-click on the icon for the CD drive and choose Properties. You'll see
the Recording tab and where you can disable writing on that drive. This
will only turn off the Windows burning function, not disable third-party
burning programs. Presumably you've got a third-party burning program such
as Nero or Roxio to use instead of the one built into Windows. A good free
burning program that will handle both CDs and DVDs is:
