Automatic E-Mail Virus

I am getting a steady stream of e-mails that are somehow
attempting to send an automatic e-mail. Some of these
e-mails get flagged by McAfee as being infected with
different viruses, while others don't. After the e-mail is
delivered, it tries to send out an e-mail to a user in the
address book but it adds the characters 3d, ie.,
(e-mail address removed). The e-mail that is being sent has an
attachment, but I can not see the attachment. The only
reason I know this is happening is becuase I am getting an
undeliverable message. Also, the e-mail is not showing up
in the sent box. Is there anywhere else I can check to see
if there are more being sent.

I am using McAfee 7.0 with the latest updates (today) and
have been found virus free, but obviously something is
wrong. Also, all of these e-mails are coming from the
same ip address. I've reported these to (e-mail address removed), Is
there anything else I can do?

Thanks for any advice.

If you are using McAfee's Webshield or Groupshield for
Exchange, you can exclude the address. If the machine is
internal to your org, run the latest Stinger from McAfee.
Hope this helps.
