Automatic display records

Type in the customer number and then the adress and phone number will apear.
Type in another customer number and it will all change.
How do I do this? I know I have to use a form...but then...
 
Look at the Northwind database that comes with Access. The order form
allows you to select a customer and default in their address. Just
duplicate that functionality.
