automatic complete email address when composing

Why doesnt this happen ? If I haven't used an address in my contact address
book for a couple of days the automatic complete doesnt work ! Really
annoying. Was fine with outlook . Any solutions ?
 
The auto-complete in WM just doesn't work...
Try the newer Windows Live Mail, which works much better.

The auto-complete in Windows Mail doesn't use the contacts list. It uses
a separate list of the last 29 addresses you sent messages to. This list is
very hard to edit; it's easier to just send messages to the 29 addresses
you want on the list. If you'd rather use the contacts list, don't type any
part of the address. Instead, click on Tools, then Select Recipients in
the new message window.

Outlook is part of extra-cost software packages; expect them to have
more features to persuade people to pay for them.
