Automatic BCC

How do I set my outgoing emails so that each one is automatically BCC to my
home email address? I need to do this from my work email. Netscape
Messenger allowed this, can't find where to do it in Outlook.

to add a Bcc recipient using the Application.ItemSend event in Outlook VBA.
