automated ssh file transfer

Hi,

How do I write a script to transfer a folder on my windows xp machine to
the company sunfire server everytime i double click on the script file ?

Try going to TechNet at microsoft,then locate in the sub-menu:Script Center
They're wrote the book for scripts.
