Automated form field population

I am creating a multi-page form using Word 2002. There is certain
information that has to be entered on each page of the form (Account Name for
example). Is there any way I can design the form so that the specific
information only has to be entered once and then automatically populates the
other pages of the form? Creating a header won't work because the redundant
information does not appear in the exact same place on each page. Autotext
won't work because the information would be different each time the form is
filled out.

Use {REF} fields where you want the repeated text.

E.g: On page one, you have a text field named "Text1" (right click the
field, click properties, and see/change the name where it says Bookmark,
bottom right corner).
everywhere else you want Text1 to appear do:
CTRL-F9;
A pair of { } will appear;
Type REF Text1 between the curly braces;
Create all the REF fields you want;
In the field where the text originates, make sure to check the "calculate on
exit" checkbox so that all REF fields will be updated automatically when
leaving the text fields;
Finally, do ALT-F9 twice to turn the REF fields into their values (They will
seem to disappear the first time as they will be linked to empty fields);
Lock the form;
Type some text in Text1;
See all the REF Text1 field update when you tab out of Text1.
