Automated actions

When writing an alredy existing number on the database the related name is
displayed. How to make this happen ? I'm using Acces XP.

This kind of action is achieved using macros or using programming skills?

Use a combo box to write the exiting number. If it exists, wizard created
code will find the record, if not you'll get a NotInList event which you can
handle with code similar to this example:
