automate move of sent items from server folder to my HD

I have figured out how to automatically move incoming mail
from the server to my HD BUT cannot figure out how to do
the same for sent mail.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?

What kind of server? What kind of mail account? What version of outlook? Not
sure what you're trying to do.....

I would like to know the answer to the same question. Let me give more specifics

I've set up an IMAP account with my email service provider, which is .Mac (an Apple service). I'm using Entourage X for Mac OS X

I've figured out how to set up a rule in Entourage that automatically moves new mail messages in the IMAP Inbox to my own computer's Inbox. I would also like to have my computer automatically move email in the Sent Messages folder on the IMAP server to my Sent Items folder on my computer

I set up a rule to do this, but I have to actually go to my Sent Messages IMAP folder and activate this rule manually, even though it's enabled. Is there some way to have this done automatically every time I connect to the IMAP server, without having to do it manually
