Automate Linked Table Manager??

Have programmed an Access database with the interface in one db, db_fe, and
the data in another, deb_be. This is being used by non-compuer people in a
non-profit organization. If they need to move or copy the db to another
folder or machine, they have to contact me. Is there a Linked Table Manager
macro available to do this automatically? If not, can someone point me to a
reference that gives the variables involved?
