automate Export form

Can you provide more detail? It is not at all clear what you want to do.
 
I want to automate so that upon close of the form in Access the form is
exported to a folder for later viewing. I want to export with the export
date in the name of the file so that files are not overwritten.
 
I know of no way to do that.

I'm not sure what you mean by "exporting" a form. Do you want to create
a file containing a picture of the form just before it is closed? Do you
want to create a file (what kind?) containing the data being displayed
in the form at that point? Or what?
