Automagically adding to OE's blocked senders list?

Hi All: Is there any software that automatically adds email to OE's
blocked senders list? A friend of mine claims that their list is
populated with email addresses they don't remember ever having added.

I believe they're using several 3rd party apps like Norton antispam
and ZoneAlarm.

Quite possible by a third-party spam-blocker. You may try this question in
MS Outlook Express newsgroups for more exposure. Microsoft Public Newsgroups
