Autologin - after power failure

All,
When XP (home edition) loads, I wish to arrange it so that:
1- autologin of the ADMIN account
2- boot of 3-4 programs
I wish to keep my webcam going in my apartment while I am out of town.

Suggestions?
 
You can use TweakUI to set up the Autologin.
And the programs can simply be put in the Startup folder.
BUT, As others have also said, the admin account wasn't designed for
everyday use. It is designed as a failsafe in case of a problem. You should
be using a user account.
