AUtofiltering dates

I have a column formatted as dates. I apply an autofilter and the
filter thinks it's a text column. It wants to sort alpahbetically
instead of chronologically.

Any suggestions?

Any suggestions?

Never mind. The problem was a blank row between the heading and the
data.
