Autofilter useing conditional formatting

i want to filter a list useing the conditional formatting. ie:
A12:J55 i have conditional formatting on these lines that will tur
them a diffarent color and font. can i use a filter to show me only th
ones that have changed?

Hi
I would try the following:
- add a helper column and insert the same condition in this helper
column
- use this helper column for filtering
