I'm working on a database using Autofilter.

Is there any way I can save/print the contents of a dropdown bo
produced by clicking on the column "button"?

In effect, I'm looking for a lazy way to extract the unique items i
that column. If not, is the alternative hard work?

Kind of round about way but you could display the list, do
Alt-PrintScrn,
then paste it into MS Paint. Then just cut and paste the the list to
a new to image in MS Paint. You won't be able to edit it but you
would have the list.

Debra,
Much better solution. Nice site also. It's been added to my
favorites.

Thanks all!

I just wondered if some hidden gem of a shortcut key might avoid havin
to use Advanced Filter. Call it lazy, but it's what has mad
civilisation what it is now.

Adv Filter does the job, of course, but it interrupts the flow.
