Since 9 years (at least), Excel prevents users of
protected worksheets to use outlines or autofilters, even
when these have been set before the worksheet was
protected. Although I still don't understand the rationale
(outlines or autofilters *ARE* read-only features to my
opinion), why doesn't Excel provide the option to exclude
outlines or autofilters from the protection as it does it
for other objects (such as Contents, Objects, Scenarios)?
