autofilter button colour change

Has anyone had any luck with changing the colour of the
arrow on an autofilter button?
I am colourblind and have difficulty distinguishing blue
and black... and the blue arrow (when I select autofilter
on my columns) is impossible for me to see.

AFAIK, that can't be changed.

AFAIK, no one has discovered a way to change the arrow colour. On my
website, there's a sample file that uses a User Defined Function and
conditional formatting to colour the heading cells --
