Can you auto fill down a column to repeat vendor names all at once.

Perhaps.

Are the vendor names in a Custom List in Tools>Options>Custom Lists?

If so, just type one of them then right-click and drag down.

Release the button and select "Fill Series".

Otherwise..........???
