autofill not working

I am trying to get my forms to autofill when I return to a web page and it
won't work but I checked the properties in Internet options and autofill for
forms is selected but is not working??
 
Check if the Protected Storage service is running. Type in Start> Run
Services.msc
And see that it's in Auto
 
It is set to automatic

The AutoComplete feature does not work after you enable it in Internet
Explorer on a computer that is running Windows XP Home Edition
