autofill access fields from another dbs application

is it possible to autofill fields in an access dbs from another dbs
application - such as oracle? i'm not a programmer but i have used and
created databases with access - and use it to substitute for what the other
dbs application cannot do.

I don't fully understand the question, but it is possible to use Oracle, SQL
Server, and most other database engines as a back end for an Access
application.
