I am giving my old pc to a friend but would like to
delete all the autofil values that have any of my
address , credit card etc info prior to giving it to him.
Where and how do I accomplish this?

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu\Options and the
Content tab. Down at the bottom you'll see two buttons
that will lead you to dialogs from which you can delete
your personal information.

HOWEVER, the safest thing to do is to reformat the drive
and do a clean installation of Windows. I strongly
recommend this. However, installing Windows XP is not a
task for a layperson (a lot of folks didn't know it, but
they even needed professional help with Windows 95). You
can probably do the initial reinstallation by using your
Windows XP disk; Start the machine with the CD in the
drive in order to boot from it and select the option to
delete the existing partition and then create a new one.
When you deliver the computer, tell them they need to hire
someone to configure it for them.

Make sure that you give them the disk with the machine.
