I am not an expert in this area. but I do believe that autoenrollment
certificates can only work with the enterprise version of Windows 2003. (I
am not 100% sure on this though.

I am receiving this message too and I noticed it after I installed Windows
2003 Server SP1. I will check my events logs to be sure it was not there
before SP1 and get back to you.
