Autodisconnect at the end of internet session

Until recently I used to get a little screen message at
the end of an internet session saying something
like 'Would you like to disconnect now?' - sort of an
autodisconnect thing. For some reason, I no longer get
this - can someone tell me how to re-activate it, please.

Check this setting: control panel|internet
options|connections|settings|advanced|disconnect when connection may no
longer be needed.

Thanks for the suggestion - however this box is already
checked, and the system does autodisconnect at the end of
the timeout. I'm simply trying to get the pop-up reminder
to appear immediately to prevent my connection running
for minutes (after my family have been on it!)

Control Panel - Internet Options, Connections page.

Select the connection you use; click Settings, then click Advanced and
there is a check box for 'disconnect when connection may no longer be
needed'
