Hi
Maybe my memory is failing but I was sure there was a way of turning off
autocorrection for a single document, however I can't find it.

Let me explain; I receive a newsletter with literally hundreds of mistakes
and so the document is underlined in one colour of another all the way
through, making it difficult to read.
I use Word myself with far less corrections and do not want to be having to
continually turning on and off the autocorrect options.
Hence the question, is it possible to turn it off simply for just this one
document each time it arrives?

Regards Wombat

You can hide the corrections in a specific document by checking the "Hide
spelling errors..." and "Hide grammatical errors..." on the Spelling &
Grammar tab of Tools | Options.

Many thanks, I was looking in the wrong place for that elusive tick in the box
