could u plz tell me how 2 wipe the data on auto complete in Start->Searc
turning off autocomplete, then turning it on, even weeks later, does NOT clear it!

The only way is to do a registry edit so if it bothers you that much and you
don't mind screwing with the registry just run regedit and navigate to
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru". Look through
the subfolders and you will find the entries you need to delete.
