AutoComplete doesn't work

My AutoComplete has a mind of its own. When I type in partial names,
sometimes it pulls them up, sometimes it doesn't (the same address),
especially if it's an address from a previous day. I never know until I try
if I'm going to get it to work!
For example, I send a report every day to the same people, but each day, I
have to type in the full address once before it will AutoComplete for the
rest of the day. It does not carry over from the previous day. But
occasionally, an address that I haven't sent anything to for a week or more
will AutoComplete with no problem! What's the problem here?

Sounds like there may be a dmaged connection between the autoresolution
cache and your mail profile. Create a new mail profile (pointing it at your
current message store, of course).

Hi crystal,
i would search for the *.NK2 file and delete it.
If this not solve your problem,
Brian already wrote,
create a new profile!
