autocomplete confusing sorted emails

Using Outlook 2003, we have encountered a problem resulting from
autocomplete. Sometimes autocomplete puts in the address with quotes
around it, sometimes not. this results in two separate categories for
the same person when sorting the inbox by TO instead of date.

Is there anyway to prevent this, or correct it when it happens?

We wrote a program that will allow you to edit the autocomplete cache file
(nk2). With it you can globally remove all quotes, or change any unwanted
information. In addition, you can automatically copy your autocomplete
cache to a contact folder.
