Outlook 2003 - went to Advanced Email options and box checked to suggest, but
it does not when entering names into the To:, CC: or bcc: fields.

If you just now checked it, you haven't populated an autocompletion cache
yet. You'll see it working after you've sent enough messages.

Hi ;¬

I've upgraded 2000 client to Outlook 2003 still running wondows 2000
OS. After the upgrade this function worked fine but it only keeps for a
day once logged off it does not remember the names mailed the the day
before. I've turned the option on and off but still no joy. Does the
..nk2 file exist running 2k, if so location ?
Under the Exchange server settings does the option, Use Cached Exchange
Mode ticked or unticked have any affect on this ?

Many thanks
Patrick

Upgrading Outlook 2000 to 2003 will leave you with a corrupt profile. Have
you created a new one?
